Robyn

We explored the importance of our human emotions and why they matter for our development, health, and well-being.

Based on many recent studies, especially the work of Daniel Goleman and The HeartMath Institute, we learned that emotional intelligence is equally as important as IQ development.

Understanding the science behind our emotions show how learnings is not linear. We learn better through understanding our human emotions. In fact emotional intelligence distinguishes being smart and being wise. Therefore, if we want to be smart and wise, we need to understand both our thinking and feeling as equally important.

Robyn helped us to remember the enormous gifts of the heart for healing relationships on the energic level, but she also shared her perspectives on how creativity and intuition are vital for our emotional and physical wellbeing.
